InPharm Association

Hi! Firstly, I must say that it is a privilege to serve as President for the forthcoming year. I joined InPharm in the year 2004, was IPSF & YPG Director during 2005-07 and the Editor-In-Chief since June 2006. I enjoyed these posts immensely and these provided me with a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional development.

Now I am very excited to have the privileged opportunity to channel my enthusiasm and energy to bring InPharm to the pharma world. I must say thanks to our founder

president Dr. S. Pratap and following his words: "We are enthusiastic, energetic and full of innovative ideas on how to improve the services to the young pharmacist and the pharmacy students of India. So much can be achieved with commitment and dedication." I also extend my gratitude to three very special people, Dr. Mueen, Dr. S. Praveen and Dr. Neeraj Gilhotra. I can't think InPharm without these three people, who appreciate, guide and help me to walk on InPharm path. These are the people who provide nutrition to InPharm and now InPharm has grown into a small tree. Now it is our turn to protect and nurture it so that in future InPharm can grow into a big tree bearing flowers and fruits so that every young pharmacist and pharmacy students can get the benefits from it.

In Summary, I will commit my time and energy during the next two years to strengthen our organization in the following manner: growth in membership, working more closely with national and international pharmaceutical organizations, implementation of projects on AIDS, Diabetes, Professional development and pharmacy education.

InPharm is like a family that you belong to and as a family we help each other as we can. I am positive that the coming two years will be a great success for us. Please feel free to contact me with your thoughts and concerns.

I hope to meet as many of you as possible in the coming years and look forward to a productive term.
